currently it's $199 for the 16GB version -
but a real disadvantage without microSD expansion -
so really perhaps ought to aim for the 32GB @ $249 -
but that's like paying 4-5x the price of a 16GB class 10 or UHS1 microSDHC!
There are plenty of cheaper Chinese tablets -
800x480 screens for $80-90;
1024x600 for under $100
some even with IPS (very desirable)
Then there are the 1280x800 IPS screen versions with dual core processors for between $120-$140
I like the looks of:

PiPo U1 Pro 16GB
and perhaps -
Ainol Novo 7 Fire 16GB
